Management

I got promoted to manager and today is my first day. I'm slightly nervous but excited at the same time. The store that I'm going to is smaller than the one I am in now but apparently needs a bit of fixing up in terms of store standards and team moral. I am glad that I have taken on this challenge as I feel it will most certainly futher me down my current career path.
